Shipping Information

 

  • Do you ship every item in your retail store and on the website?
    • Unfortunately, we do not ship certain large items. Crating is a pain in the ole rear end and we particularly prefer not to do it. If you have a question on a specific item contact us and we will see what we can arrange.  (PLEASE take note of our customer service hours)
  • Who do you use for shipping?
    • We proudly support the United States Postal Service®.
  • Is more than one shipping method available?
    • Currently the website only allows Priority Mail® 1-3 day shipping.
  • How soon will my order ship?
    • Orders will ship Tuesday through Saturday. Orders will take 1-3 business days to process and transfer to the mail carrier.
  • Is insurance provided on my shipment?
    • $50.00 of insurance is automatically provided by USPS® If you need more please contact the store directly within 24 hours of shipment.
  • Is NU 2 U LLC responsible for damage during shipment?
    • No we aren’t. Customer assumes all liability of damage in transit. Customer agrees any shipment dispute should be handled with the designated shipping carrier.
  • How soon can I expect to receive my order?
    • Shipments will usually arrive within 4-6 business days after the order being placed.
